Have you ever laughed yourself sick? Well if so, then you may have been in the presence of comedian Angel Gaines. This side-busting comic is one of America's Hottest comedic treats. She has been requested both nationally and internationally to entertain audiences thirsty for wonderful clean humor.

This native of Savannah, Georgia realized her comedic talent at a young age. She started performing in elementary school entertaining teachers, classmates, and bullies! She continued on through college making her first stand-up performance at the University of Georgia where she received her BS in Child and Family Development. That college performance set the precedence of comedic talent on campus making Angel Gaines the opening act for all Comedy Events such as An Evening with George Wallace and Tracey Morgan.

She quickly became a campus favorite and not to mention a campus Beauty. Angel soon held the title as 1998 Miss Savannah and Miss University of Georgia 4th Runner up. After she relinquished her crowning glory, she headed off to Los Angeles where she will soon become the 2003 Essence Clean Comedy Showcase Winner. This honor led to spectacular performances from the Tavis Smiley Morning Radio Show to Sound Bar Leicester Square in London, England. Angel is rapidly becoming one of America's Comedy Champions. Her comedy centers around real life experiences such as being a teacher for Los Angeles Public School System making her undisputedly America's Funniest Teacher.
