Lisa Pedace

Lisa Pedace lives in Southern California and works in theater, film and television. She also performs regularly on comedy stages. After attending the University of Notre Dame where she earned a B.A. in American Studies, she went on to earn a M.A. in English from San Diego State University. In between she spent a few years in Italy in search of her roots. Upon her return, she spent a few days in the airport in search of her luggage.

A true Libra, she approaches life with balance and optimism. "Some people look at the glass and say it's half-empty," she says. "Some people look at the glass and say it's half-full. I look at the glass and say, 'Make it a double.'"

Lisa also worked in news radio as a writer and feature reporter. "I've covered a lot of stories about cats in trees. It's very challenging work. It's hard enough to get up the tree, but try getting a decent sound bite from a cat." She writes, directs and stars in the well-received one-woman sketch comedy show “Punko’s Fun House.”
